Engagement photos at Bottleworks Hotel in downtown Indianapolis
Some sessions just click from the very beginning, and Aislinn and Ish’s engagement session at the Bottleworks Hotel was exactly that!!
We had the most beautiful evening to wander through the Bottleworks District. The weather was perfect, the light was doing its thing, and every corner of that area gave us something fun to work with. It’s one of those locations where you can just keep walking and find new little pockets that feel completely different from the last!
But honestly, as amazing as the setting was, these two made the session what it was! Aislinn and Ish were absolute pros in front of the camera!! From the second we started, everything felt so natural and easy. No awkward moments, no overthinking, just the two of them having fun together and trusting the process. Those are always my favorite sessions because it means we can focus on capturing real moments instead of forcing anything.
And one of my favorite parts of the whole evening was getting to talk photography with them!! We ended up geeking out a little bit while we were walking around, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxed and fun. I love when sessions feel like that, just a mix of great photos and genuine conversation!
Between the perfect weather, the energy of the Bottleworks District, and how effortlessly these two showed up together, this session was such a good one. The kind where you walk away already knowing you’re going to have way too many favorites.
I am already counting down the days until their wedding at Blossom Barn in June!! If this session was any indication, it’s going to be such a fun, joy-filled day and I cannot wait to celebrate with them again!
