Ohio Wedding Venues I'd Love To Photograph

My Bucket List of Ohio Wedding Venues

As a creative with a camera, it doesn’t take much for a location to catch my eye and make me say “I MUST TAKE PHOTOS HERE!” Heck, I’ll be driving down the highway and constantly come upon groves of trees and fields I’d love to stop and put someone in and start snapping photos. 😂  Living in the Midwest, I can’t help but love that we get to experience all four seasons because it gives me good variety to my images and challenges me to think outside the box!

I love to travel and have had so much fun photographing weddings throughout the Midwest, but my bucket list of locations I would love to photograph is still pretty long! So today I’m sharing some Ohio wedding venues I’d love to photograph! And if you’re a couple getting married at any of these locations, I would LOVE to hear from you!! There might even be a little surprise in it for you for reaching out. 😉

1. Jorgensen Farms

Within 10 seconds of visiting Jorgensen Farm’s website, it’d be reeeeally easy to tell why I’d love to photograph a wedding there. There is so much character and charm!! Plus the team at Jorgensen Farm goes above and beyond with the perfect a la carte offerings to help couples plan their day while keeping things stress-free!

2. The Club at Corazon

Having a wedding at The Club at Corazon is like being transported to the countryside of Tuscany! Besides the on-site vineyard to serve as the perfect backdrop for photos, The Club at Corazon is also surrounded by a lake, gardens, and waterfalls. Talk about the perfect place!!

3. Kingwood Center Gardens

If you are a bride or groom that loves the idea of hosting your wedding at an estate, Kingwood Center Gardens is the venue for you! This gorgeous property makes my photographer heart go pitter-patter with all the grounds and buildings that make the perfect backdrop for a ceremony and portraits. It’s just so grand and stately, it looks like you were plucked right down and in the middle of the European countryside!

4. White Rose Barn

I don’t think there is one thing I would not love about shooting in an all white barn. It’s clean…it’s bright…it’s a DREAM! You can tell just how much time, effort, and love the owners put into making this venue! I’m a detail-loving person and every time I see a new photo from White Rose Barn, I find another new thing to love about it!!

5. Alum Creek Farm

This 1870s farmhouse turned modern wedding venue is a showstopper! Nestled right next to Alum Creek Lake in Delaware, Ohio, Alum Creek Farm offers acres of rolling hills, pastures, and a stunning 5000 foot newly renovated barn that is perfect for dancing the night away with your favorite people. And I may never get over how gorgeous the greenhouse is for outdoor ceremonies!!!

6. Gervasi Vineyard

There is just a little extra romantic having a wedding at a vineyard. It makes me think of home and family and GAH, I just love it! Gervasi Vineyard has beautiful grounds and there are so many options to make your day uniquely yours! Plus…wine!!

7. Brookshire

I love that Brookshire Event Venue was designed with weddings in mind! Each and every detail at Brookshire was built in a way to blend seamlessly with any wedding design. That really gives each couple a clean slate to build a wedding that truly showcases them and their relationship!

8. Four Seasons Barn

I stumbled upon this new venue located just north of Columbus and to say I’m smitten would be an understatement! The Four Seasons Barn is situated on 25 acres and is the perfect blend of modern and rustic. They offer several picturesque outdoor locations for ceremonies as well a beautiful covered veranda that overlooks the woods and a pond.
