You said yes to your favorite person, you’ve chosen your wedding date, and you’ve booked your venue. Hooray!! You’re killing it at this wedding planning thing, you know that?! Now you’re on the hunt for your dream wedding photographer! There are hundreds of options out there to choose from, it can be overwhelming to shuffle through everything. I’m lucky enough that you’ve landed on my site (hello, new friend! 🤗) and I’d love to share with you all the fun we’d have if you selected me as your photographer!!

The CCP Process:

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

One of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer is the relationship I get to build with each of my couples. Before we even talk about booking, I want to learn more about you and your partner! How the two of you met, what you enjoy doing together, your vision for your wedding day…I want to know it all! It’s a perfect time for us to get to know each other better and for me to answer any questions you may have about wedding photography.

BOOKING

You’ve decided we’re the perfect fit, now we move forward with securing your date. WOO!! I’m going to send you over a simple booking proposal which lays out the details of your collection and gives you the options to sign your contract and pay online. Easy peasy!!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

After we get through the details of booking, will dive right in to planning for your engagement session. I’ll send you over a short questionnaire to help us plan out your perfect session, going over things like what time of year you’ve like to have your photos done and any locations you might have in mind. Once that’s done we’ll get it you officially scheduled on my calendar!

ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

You’ve rocked your engagement session, just like I knew you would! You can expect to receive your engagement photos no later than 2 to 3 weeks after your session date. That way you have an ample amount of time to use those photos however you’d like, such as sending out Save the Dates or for your wedding website. I’ll email you a link when your gallery is ready with all the instructions on how to download and save your images. You also have the option to print photos directly through your gallery!

PLANNING

Just like with your engagement session, there will be a lot of details we will go over to plan out the photo schedule for your wedding day. Throughout our time together you’ll receive several questionnaires from me, going over different key parts of the day. These ensure I am serving you, your family, and your friends in the best way possible and we’re all on the same page!

Based on the responses in your questionnaires, I will put together a recommended timeline for the day for you to review, that way we have a solid plan in place to photograph all the special moments you want to be captured!

WEDDING DAY

Pop some bubbly, it’s your WEDDING DAAAAAYYYY!!! This is where all the planning we did beforehand falls right into place, so there’s nothing you need to worry about except enjoying your special day! The day is going to start with the girls getting pampered in hair and makeup while the guys try to figure out how to fold a pocket square and pin there boutonnieres on. Then we’re going to flow into all the fun portraits of the day! Your first look, romantic portraits of just the two of you, fun photos with your bridal party, family photos, the ceremony, and all the way to everyone breaking it down on the dance floor. I’ll be there to capture all the beautiful details, candid moments, laughs, tears…all the things you want to remember most of your day!

GALLERY DELIVERY

Once the party is over, you bet your bottom I’m rushing home to start working on your photos!! You’ll receive a sneak peek of your images no later than 48 hours after your wedding. When your full gallery is complete, you’ll receive an email with the access link and PIN you need to download your images. They’ll be in the same gallery as your engagement images, so everything is easy to find!

ALBUM DESIGN

Once you receive your images, it’s time to work together to create your wedding album! I believe it’s such an important part of your wedding photography experience. Having a wedding album of all of your beautiful images is a tangible item you can pull out and flip through anytime you want to relive your best day ever!
