A Beautiful Fall Wedding At Blue Heron Lake | Dorset, OH

We all knew 10-10-2020 was going to be epic, right?! It was the most requested date of the year and that was before COVID was a twinkle in anyone’s eye. I met Randi over a year ago in a photography group and I knew right away I wanted to photograph her and Mahoney’s wedding at Blue Heron Lake! These two are just the sweetest couple and their style is serious #goals. If you’ve spent any time around here, you’ll no doubt remember them looking fabulous for their engagement session on the Scioto Mile last year!! They certainly did not disappoint for the big day!! Randi had me seriously swooning over her gorgeous lace dress and don’t even get me started on Mahoney burnt orange suite! Randi’s photographer eye means their attention to detail was amazing, from the monogrammed ring box, to the macaroons Randi handmade, to Mahoney’s ear plugs with resin set roses that all effortlessly flowed together…I could just go on and on about how amazing this day was, but I think I’ll just let their images speak for themselves!!

I had so much fun capturing some images of James and his friend JC doing some fire acts during the reception!!
