A Coxhall Gardens Family Session For the Sweetest Family
One of my favorite parts of this job, hands down, is getting to photograph families over the years as they grow. There’s something incredibly special about being invited back into someone’s life, again and again, to capture the seasons as they shift and change. Brittany and Matt are one of those families for me, and each time we meet up for a session, my heart gets a little fuller.
We met the other evening at the always-beautiful Coxhall Gardens, and it truly felt like a full-circle moment. The very first time I photographed this sweet family, Brittany was pregnant with Brady. Now? Brady is a rambunctious toddler with the best energy and the most contagious smile. Watching him explore, run, laugh, and keep his parents on their toes was such a joy—this age is wild and wonderful all at once!
These sessions mean more to me than I can ever fully express. It’s such an honor to be trusted with documenting the real, everyday magic of a growing family. The giggles, the quiet snuggles, the chaos, and the calm—it all matters, and I’m endlessly grateful I get to help preserve it.
