OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COURTNEY CARNEY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY GIVEAWAY:

*You must be 18 years old or older to enter, and getting married between now and December 31, 2018.  Your wedding can take place in the United States or internationally.

*By entering this contest, you agree to pay all travel expenses (airfare, lodging, gas, etc.)  for Courtney Carney Photography if you are the selected winner and your wedding takes place more than 50 miles outside the Indianapolis metro area. Courtney will be responsible for and make all travel arrangements (don’t worry, I love a good bargain and will keep the expenses low!).

*Couples that have already booked with Courtney Carney Photography are not eligible for this contest.

*If you are already contracted with another photographer for your wedding day images, you are exempt from applying to the giveaway. I am not out to steal business from another hardworking photographer!

*Your wedding must be on a date not already booked with Courtney Carney Photography. Your wedding date must be set when entering the giveaway, or be able to be set within 2 weeks of winning.

*Winners will be selected by Courtney Carney Photography and all decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email to the address provided and announced on the blog on March 6th.

*A contract must be signed and returned to Courtney Carney Photography within 2 weeks of winning along with all non-refundable travel expenses that will be need to be paid for the actual wedding day.

*If for any reason the winners cannot claim their prize, they will be disqualified and a runner-up couple will be awarded the prize at the discretion of Courtney Carney Photography. All decisions are final and cannot be contested.

*Only one couple is eligible to win the grand prize of 12 hours of wedding day photography, a USB with their edited, high-resolution wedding day images with a print release. All images will be available for online viewing for 6 months after being posted. The approximate value of this package is $1,599.

*This wedding day photography giveaway package cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.

*The winning couple agrees to be featured on any and all publication that Courtney Carney Photography wishes to submit to. The names and images of the couple will be used by Courtney Carney Photography for promotional purposes.

*All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the giveaway winners.
