An Indiana State House Engagement Session
The Indiana State House is always such a classic spot for engagement photos, and Courtney and Daniel made it feel even more fun!! Between the gorgeous architecture, the soft light, and these two constantly laughing together, this session was such a good one from start to finish!
From the second we started, Courtney and Daniel were completely natural together. They were giggling through half the session, teasing each other, and just fully leaning into the experience instead of overthinking everything. Those are always my favorite kinds of sessions because the photos end up feeling so genuine and full of personality.
One of the best things about the Indiana State House is how timeless it feels. No matter the season, it gives such a clean and elegant backdrop while still allowing the couple’s personalities to really shine through. We wandered and stopped at all the beautiful little pockets around the State House while these two laughed their way through the entire session. And these two brought SO much joy and energy to their session, which made every part of it feel easy and effortless!
Sessions like this are such a good reminder that you don’t have to know exactly what you’re doing in front of the camera to get amazing photos. You just have to show up, trust the process, and have fun together. They absolutely nailed that!!
