There are wedding days that feel like pure magic from beginning to end, and Ricki and Vince’s celebration at the Indianapolis Zoo was exactly that. Joyful, vibrant, full of laughter (and a few giraffes!), it was the kind of day you never want to end!

From the moment I arrived, the energy was contagious. Ricki and Vince were all smiles, totally present, and so clearly excited to marry each other. They shared the sweetest First Look in the beautiful wedding gardens—a quiet, intimate moment that set the tone for the rest of the day. Vince’s face when he saw Ricki? Literal heart-melt. If you ever need a reminder of what deep, genuine love looks like, watch the way Vince looks at Ricki. Everyone deserves a love like that!

After the First Look, we wandered the zoo for portraits, and it was so much fun! Not every couple gets to say they spent their wedding day hanging with giraffes and feeding flamingos. The animal encounters added such a playful, unique touch to an already incredible day. And the way Ricki and Vince leaned into every moment, laughing together, sneaking kisses, just soaking it all in, was beautiful to witness.

The rest of the day followed suit: heartfelt vows, joyful cheers, and a dance floor full of love and laughter. Every guest felt like part of the story, and there was this overwhelming sense of celebration all around. You could tell just how deeply Ricki and Vince are loved and how much they love in return.
