A Matilda’s Event Barn Wedding | Evanston, IN

It turned out to be quite the adventure to get to Hannah and Caleb’s wedding day. I left Indy the night before their wedding in some of the worst severe weather we’ve had in Indiana this year. I, of course, left later than I wanted to to get to my hotel, so it was a race out of town to avoid severe rain and the threat of lime-sized hail in our area. Nothing like this had been on the radar and I was praying it was going to stay north of Evanston. I didn’t want rain this bad affecting their wedding day! Some cities in central Indiana had severe flooding. I’m talking waves in the streets, people! Luckily I survived the trip and there wasn’t a single drop of rain to worry about for their wedding at the beautiful Matilda’s Event Barn!

Hannah and Caleb are such a joy to be around. You can feel it right away in the first few moments you spend with them! It’s easy to see how much these two high school sweethearts mean to each other. With their private smiles and inside jokes, you can see these best friends were made to be together!

Hannah and Caleb, I loved every minute of your wedding day!! You guys are just so sweet together! It was so much fun watching you enjoy your wedding the way it was meant to be, a joyful celebration of this next step of your life together. Thank you for letting me be a part of it!
