Bethany and Josh’s wedding day had that little extra dash of special to it. You see, these two met and fell in love in marching band. The marching band my husband Jon worked with, to be exact. Where he extolled to the kids all the time that “Band is not a date.” And trust me, he believes this to his core because he refuses to kiss me goodbye if I visit with the kids and students are around. 🤣

Well, when Bethany joined the band her senior year to pay the synthesizer they were including in that season’s show (though she had no idea how to play the piano!), all those reminders didn’t stop her from falling in love with the “nerdy, mega-cute” Josh. Now here they are, 8 years later, excited to live the rest of their lives adventuring together!!

Bethany and Josh, I know you are having the most amazing time on your honeymoon at Disney!! I feel so very lucky to have a small part in celebrating the two of you as you start this new chapter together. Jon and I are wishing you both many more years of love, laughter, and saying YES with each other! 💙
