The Fun & Exciting Things We’ve Been Up To!

Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to the last couple of weeks:

It’s been pretty quiet around here the last couple of weeks. The kids surprised me after my wedding at the end of January with breakfast in bed. I got to have my coffee and lounge around in bed all day reading while they built a robot Jackson got for Christmas It was the perfect cure for my wedding hangover!

We got together for brunch with some of Jon’s family that was in town. It’s always good to see them, we really need to do it more!

The snow finally caught up to us and we had some virtual learning at the end of January. With it changing to live learning, I was so grateful that Jon was also home and was able to take charge of one of the kid’s work. Sitting in a zoom meeting where the teacher is trying to teach and the kids are just yelling and playing with their mute buttons instead of focusing on learning by themselves is stupid.
