A Blush And Blue Cornerstone Hall Wedding | Salem, IN
We were hiding around the corner. The princess and the photographer. We knew the groom was inside, putting on his final touches before the first look. We chit-chatted about details for the day and worried the strong winds were going to mess up her hair. After all, you do this wedding thing once and she wanted to look perfect. And boy did she look perfect! I got the thumbs up from my teammate that he was ready and with one last reassurance I said “Don’t be nervous, this is the best part!” She looked me in the eyes, this bride I’d chatted with about being nervous only an hour ago, and said “Oh, I’m not now! There he is!” And as I watched her eyes fill with tears of happiness as she gazed upon her groom, I stepped back and let the magic happen. And boy, did it ever.
Maddie and Joe’s day could not have been any more perfect if we tried. The most fun bridal party? Check. The sweetest family members who made our job a breeze? Check. Just the perfect amount of cloud cover for the outdoor ceremony? Check. Two fabulous people who are head over heels for each other? DOUBLE CHECK!
Maddie and Joe, thank you for letting me be a part of such a special time in your life. We’ve been talking about this day for a long time and it was as perfect as I knew it would be. Love you guys!!!
