Julie + Mitch | Noblesville, IN
Oh friends……GET READY FOR AN OVERLOAD OF CUTENESS. To say that Julie and Mitch’s downtown Noblesville engagement session is one of my favorites is BEYOND an understatement. When Julie and I started planning their engagement session, she asked if I would be okay with doing part of it at her parent’s farm so we could include her llamas. I mean…..is there any answer to that besides yes?! These sweet boys have been a huge part of her life and I love that she wanted to include them in this exciting new stage.
From the moment I arrived, Julie and Mitch made me feel so welcome. While I feel so much love from each and every one of my couples, it truly warmed my heart to see Julie filled with so much joy. You see, the day before our session, Julie’s grandpa passed away. I was devastated for her when she told me and wanted nothing but to wrap her up in the biggest hug. Before I could even bring up the idea of rescheduling, she humbled me by saying that though it was a sad time for her and her family, they were so excited for their session because it was a bright spot in this tough time. A bright spot? Me?! But we’ll just be taking pictures! And it hit me like a ton of bricks, how important these moments are for my clients. That it’s more than just pictures, but about capturing and living life in the greatest moments of joy despite the hard times. So you bet I came with my heart on my sleeve, acting goofier than ever to make this an experience Julie and Mitch would always remember!
Julie and Mitch, I will always be grateful for the trust you put in me to be that bright spot. From the sweet stories of how you met to Julie’s infectious laugh, I am anxiously counting down the days until you guys become husband and wife. The day you officially hold hands forever and never want to run away! 😉
Much love friends,
