Taylor + Chris | Indianapolis, IN

I stepped out onto the sidewalk, bag slung over my shoulder, hands tucked in my pockets. As someone who avoids being late at all costs, I hot-footed it to Monument Circle, where I ended up with time for a stroll around the Circle before our session began. After making mental notes of my must-have spots to shoot in, I stood on the wide concrete steps, soaking in the crisp autumn air, wishing for a hot cup of coffee I certainly didn’t need (I’m sure I’d reached my limit for the day!), and enjoying some people watching. There’s NOTHING better than a busy downtown area for people watching! After just a few minutes, I was excited to see Taylor and Chris heading my way, coffee in hand and wrapped up in each other. As they paused before crossing the street and laughed into each other’s eyes, I just knew we were going to have an amazing session.

And boy did we! Taylor and Chris were absolute pros in front of my camera, it was like they’ve been doing it forever! And when the sun peaked out at the end of our session…..IT. WAS. PURE. MAGIC!

Taylor and Chris, I am beyond grateful you guys chose me to be the one to document this special time in your lives. I know we’ve only had one session together, but I truly feel like we’ve been friends for years!! Thank you for dealing with the cold so we could make some magic together. I’m counting down the days until your wedding next June!
