Summertime Engagement Session | Bloomfield, Indiana

I remember reading the message “We thought about maybe doing some at his Grandma’s house” and instantly thinking about how I was going to make it work. Not knowing what to expect when it comes to sessions on family property can get my anxiety a moving! After all, I want to deliver my couples nothing but the best! My introvert heart started to relax a little though with mention of the big lake (where Brock proposed!) and lots of fields on Grandma’s property that we were free to use. If there’s something I learned from this Bloomfield, Indiana engagement session it is that 1. Morgan and Brock are two of the sweetest people EVER! and 2. Trusting my clients on their session locations will never steer me wrong!!

I showed up to fields I dream of finding each and every session I shoot, where I’m free to throw the couple in the middle of it and let us all have a good time!! Not to mention it being backed by the most perfect tree line for gorgeous, glowy photos! And the cherry on top was the gorgeous lake where we captured some epic sunset portraits!!

Morgan and Brock, I had an absolute blast spending the evening with you guys and I can’t wait until your beautiful wedding day in October!! Thank you again for spoiling me first with this amazing location and then with the most aaaaamazing cookies, they were a hit with Jon and the kiddos!! 😊
