Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to the last few weeks:

November saw me wrapping up the year with my final two weddings! Jessica and Justin’s day as Daniel’s Vineyard, while chilly and windy, was fun and I loved the chance working with some local vendors who I’ve followed on Instagram forever! Justin’s daughters stole the show though as two of the cutest flower girls ever!!!

My last wedding of the year was with Lydia, Elliott, and their fabulous bridal party. These guys were troopers as we traipsed around in the chilly weather outside of Factory 12 for their portraits. Love the winter vibe they had going on!!

Thanksgiving starts the season of tons of family time and I am HERE for it!! My sister Kristen and her family flew in from Texas to spend several days with us as usual. We had fun cooking, playing board games, and the kids were free to all run around like crazy!!

One of the fun things we ended up doing was going to see Frozen 2 in theaters. Jackson and Harper loved it!! And Harper only ended up in my lap 2 times during parts she deemed as “TOO AFRAID!!”

Speaking of Frozen, anyone else’s home now run by Disney+? Jackson and Harper love it, although Jon and I are about to go insane with the number of episodes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse they’ve made us watch…

The weekend after Thanksgiving and family time saw me flying out to Virginia (first trip, but I’m already dying to go back!!) to attend the KJ Business Journey event. A week ago today was the main event and it’s still hard to process that I was able to hug the person who has helped change my life for the better. Katelyn James is so inspiring and I left having more ideas and motivation to continue to grow my business!! Plus, humblebrag, I was seated front row for all the goodness! Gah, it was a dream!!!

While in Virginia I was also able to take part in the Creatively Gathered 2019 styled shoot by K Layne Styled. I had so much fun hanging out with my squad and create gorgeous images, plus our models and the details were amazing!! Looking forward to a Squad Q reunion in 2020!!!

Last, but certainly not least, my sister-in-law Shelly gave birth to my very first niece at the beginning of the month!! I can’t wait to see them at Christmas for hugs and snuggles!!
