Must-Haves For A Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Hi, my name is Courtney and I like to make lists. Lots of lists so I can feel prepared for anything that may happen on a wedding day! While helping my couples prepare for their big day, I’m always realistic (and want them to be too!) that there is bound to be something that doesn’t go according to plan. As a photographer, I’ve experienced so many unexpected things, like a groomsman forgetting his shoes, the flowers left at the getting ready location so we can’t start photos, and having to wipe the mud off the bride’s dress 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This is why I put together a list of emergency must-haves just in case we run into any crazy hiccups. Not everything listed is a necessity, but it’s a good place to start and you can customize it to what you think you’ll need.
So grab yourself a tote or large bag to store everything in and have one of your bridesmaids be in charge of it for you. That way if the worst happens, it’s ready and waiting for you!
