Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to the last couple of weeks:

Harper has entered a girly-girl phase where she refuses to wear anything but her “pretty dresses.” I mean, it serious meltdown city when I attempt getting her to wear any of the other 50 outfits in her wardrobe. Thank goodness Old Navy has affordable, durable dresses that she loves!

WHEW, May has been a busy month!! Each week has been jam-packed with sessions and I couldn’t be happier. I have the most amazing clients who fill me with so much joy that I get to do this for a living!! It’s weird having been in the wedding industry for years that I’d never actually second shot at a wedding!! 🙈 Earlier this month that changed when I was able to help my friend Abbie of Abigail Gowin capture David and Jocelyn’s beautiful day!! Abbie is the sweetest and I look forward to us working together again soon! Watch for some images from David and Jocelyn’s day coming soon!!

It’s anniversary month for Jon and I, so I figured what better time to share all about our story than now!! After all, I ask my couples to share so much about themselves and their story, it’s been fun doing the same! You can catch Part 1 and Part 2 here.

Somehow we have a soon-to-be 5 year old that is ready for kindergarten registration. Jackson loves all his friends at daycare, but we’re all excited for this next fun chapter! I’m just not sure this mama is going to handle it though!! #wheredidmybabygo

Jon, the kiddos, and I spent last weekend getting our flowers planted around the house. Jackson and Harper were all about it, except for actually touching the dirt. 😂

Mother’s Day weekend was also super fun, with Jon and I sneaking away for a date night and the kiddos giving me the cutest gifts. They were both super proud and excited to give them to me!!

There have been some exciting things going on behind the scenes around here that I can’t wait to share in the coming weeks!! It’s a big change that is going to be absolutely amazing!!! What do you think it is?!?!
